For example: 10 files, $199 · 25 files, $424 · 50 files, $799 a month, in Canadian dollars. The $199 is the minimum monthly invoice.
NB
The owner plan covers one company. If you need a second company, move to the firm plan: $199 a month covers your first 10 files.

The details
- Managing billing
- Change your card, see invoices or cancel at the end of the period from the billing portal. Payments go through Stripe, and IT-TECH bills you: charges show as IT-TECH.CA on your card statement.
- If a payment fails
- You keep full access while the payment is retried. A banner lets you know.
- Disconnecting a client
- It stops syncing and stops being billed. Its copied data is deleted after 30 days unless you reconnect it.

If the trial ends or a subscription is unpaid
Your account becomes read-only. You can still read everything and export it, so your data is always yours to take.

Read-only
No syncs, approvals or new client connections. The AI assistant is told the subscription is inactive. Reading and exports keep working. We send a notice.

First warning
A reminder by email.
- Day 29
Second warning
A last reminder by email.
- Day 30
Deletion
The firm is deleted — only after both warnings, at least 24 hours apart. Backups are gone within 35 days.
NB
Adding a card at any point before deletion restores everything. Cancelling works the same way, and you’re offered an export of reports and the activity log first.
